I did not sleep well last night.  This cold is wearing on me.  I slept in, had prayer and spent the day at home.  Debbie was out going most of the day.  This evening Matthew called.  He had talked to Rick Abercrombie, Wayne and Nancy's son.  He is interested in a proposal where Janie gets to keep all of Gateway Nursing Home, I get to keep all of Floyd Nursing Home, and his mother get all the 42+ acres of land in Cleveland GA.  He want to check it out and then talk to Holly, his sister, and Shannon, his niece.   He told Matt he would get back to him in a couple of days.  If Nancy's family is in agreement Melodie will have a real estate attorney in Georgia put an estoppel on the sale that is planned where Morris Nursing Home Investment, LLC, White County Nursing Homes Investments, LLC, Morris Properties, LLC,  are sold to Nava Trading, LLC (“Nava”),  Matthew asked me to get the exact acreage, the address of the property in Cleveland, and the parcel numbers,  I emailed him the following, "Exact acreage:  According to the tax records below Wayne deeded to me 30.24 acres (6.12 + 24.12).   I thought there was 42 + acres that the 3 partners owned.  There is about 12 acres not accounted for.  It does not look as if Janie signed as a grantor in 2012.

I ordered some Vitamin D3 online.  Debbie saw where I had ordered her Christmas and birthday presents so it will not be a surprise to her.  I was not feeling well so Debbie and I had prayer and I went to bed early.  We found out that Carol, Randy Hobbs new wife, has skin cancer and her daughter Kitty is going blind.  I listened today to some Follow Him Christmas video podcast that had as a guest Dr. Jeffery R. Chadwick telling details about Jesus' birth I did not know.  Luke and Matthew both give the genealogy of Joseph.  Mary's is not given but we do know she went to see her kinsman, Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist, that she is of the Livical Priest line.  Therefore Jesus was the literal son of God, a direct descendent of King David, and a rightful holder of the Levitical Priesthood.  Joseph and Mary did not go to Bethlehem to pay taxes but to register and live so Jesus would be born as the prophets had prophesied, born there.  Joseph was not a carpenter but most like a stone mason.   The manger was made from rock or mud that would hold water for any animals they may have kept in the cave where they lived until Joseph could build their home.  There are many more details.  You should listen or read to learn, The Stone Manger, The Untold Story of the First Christmas.  I sent 16 copies of Kendle Audio Book to all family and Max and Debbie Kimball.  Dr. Chadwick dedicated the book to his mother who wanted him to tell her the story but she died before he ever told it to her.  I watched some Greek ancient history on TV and Ip Man 2: Legend of the Grandmaster who was later Bruce Lee teacher. Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed.

22 Mar 2022, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task Abbey Hobbs 15th birthday (we celebrated with her last night in Logan) Debbie and I had prayer, got ready, and Jami brought Jack over to spend time with us while she goes for a job interview as an oral hygienist.  Debbie and I had a late breakfast and Debbie ironed clothes and played with Jack.  I worked on genealogy.  I missed a call from the Genealogy Library in SLC but they did not leave a message I called the family history center and talked to a young missionary named Brandon in the British/Ireland records.  He did not have the number or extension for the lookup department but knew where it was located.  He went up and gave them my phone number to call about Monday, March 7th order for  the land deed 2nd December 1728 in Belfast, Ireland for land Robert McColpin and his wife, Janet, sold to a Mr. McKell.  It was found on Register Surname Index; Year 1708-1729; Surname "M"; Part No. "11"; Serial No....

 28 Aug 2022, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ljubica Jelicic 71st Birthday 10:30 AM - Church services at Abbington Memory Center 7:00 PM - Pat and Anndalyn's home for scheduling to watch children  I was up early and took a shower and shaved at 3 AM.  I went back to bed and slept another hour; packed and loaded the Outback.  Debbie got up and we had prayer at 4:30 AM, packed the car, Shelby got up and her mother, Jodi, helped her put her things in the car.  We left at 5:00 AM.  I drove; Debbie packed some graves and a muffin to eat on the way back.  We dropped Shelby off at her car.  She had parked it at Kennedy Traveller or her sister's apartment.  Debbie and I got home about 8:30 AM.  We got dressed and listened to the conference talk that will be discussed in Relief Society lesson today.  We drove to Abbington Memory Center and started setting things up for sacrament meeting at the center.  The 2nd ward provided priestho...

 29 Jan 2022, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task We waited all day, until 6 PM, for Debbie's food to arrive.  It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday.  This afternoon we were told it will be delivered tomorrow.  We have to be in St. George, UT to watch the grandchildren while Ryan and Stephanie go to Logan, UT. Debbie and I drove 4 hours and arrived at 10 PM.  The children were still up.   We have a Skype meeting with Mirko and Ljubica in the morning at 8 AM.
