Timpanogos Temple endowments 5:00 PM - Tate's baseball game 6:30 PM - BYU vs Utah State football game, Ryan, Stephanie, and children spending the night with us here in Lehi Debbie and I had prayer; I went to the Legacy Center to exercise.  I called Ora but she did not answer.  Later she called me back.  Debbie was talking to Jody when I left.  I got home, showered, and went to Mt.  25 Sep 2022, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task  3:00 PM - Alex, Travin, and Shelby came over for dinner.  Alex Gourley and his girlfriend didn't make it 6:30 PM - Vist Jon, Kari, Emilie, and other children (give Jon $500 from Elain to help with Emily expenses. Due to the (complicated) nature of things, we’re going to do a casual memorial here, tonight at T Street. Manny’s looking forward to sharing some favorite memories, and we’ll be serving some of his mom’s favorite foods.  20 Sep 2022, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task San Marcos with Matthew and family I was up early and had prayer with Debbie before going with Matthew to take the girls to school.  After we dropped them off we drove to Costco and filled the pickup truck with gas.  We stopped at the grocery store and picked up a few items before coming home.  Jody called Debbie and is having surgery on her back.  I called and talked to Dan and Ora.  Matthew is working in his office downstairs.  I had Debbie take the bandaids off my back from where James Macdonald, Dermatologist, cut, froze, and removed places that were or could be cancerous.  Some of the places looked infected and bled.  I took a shower and Debbie put medication on the spots.  I left my shirt off and set in the shade next to the pool for a couple of hours.  Later Debbie and I went swimming.  When the girls got home they joined us.  Latter after the sun went down Matthew ...

Timpanogas Temple for proxy washing and anointings  Debbie and I had prayer together.  She went to the temple with some of the children and grandchildren.  I listened to Isiah 40-43 in Come Follow Me by Jared Halverson series of Unshaken. One note, compare Handel's Messiah to Isiah in chapter 40.  Jared also said when Unshaken came out with the first Chosen movie, he told his children, now you see why television was invented.  I assembled the 8 patio table chairs from about 10 AM to 4 PM; then hung the solar lights on the post I ran a cable through for the grape vines and espalier pear and apple trees.   Shelby came over to spend the night and do her laundry.  She is at BYU.  Debbie cooked dinner. We had prayer together before going to bed.

Timponagus Tempe 6:45 PM - Alex McAlpin with Christian Expression Band - 25 N. Main St. Lindon, UT Debbie and I were up and had prayer together.  My back bled through my top garment and on the sheet where I slept last night.  After I got out of the shower Debbie put a bandaid on it.   I went with her to see Brad Gale about taking the medicine I am taking.  He ordered bloodwork and I went with her to the lab before coming home and having breakfast.  About 12 noon Jami came by and we all rode over to the Mt.  13 Sep 2022, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task Debbie and I had prayer and listened to some of Isiah 18, 19, and 20 chapters with Jared Halverson in Unshaken, Come Follow Me.  I had to put air in Debbie's bicycle before I could ride it for about 25 minutes.  I went to the Legacy Center to walk and exercise.  I got my hair cut at Great Clips.  I came home and had spinach, carrots, green beans, apple, pear, and  avocado oil blended into a drink for breakfast with eggs, cheese, and multi-grain toast for brunch.  I took Metformin 500 MG,  NMN about the same as TRU Niagen 300 MG that I took, with other vitamins (C, D2, K2), Fish Oil Omega 3, and magnesium.  The Resveratrol came today and I took 600 MG after brunch.  I have just started on these hoping to get back to where I was before I took the COVID-19 vaccine and booster shot.  The Ivermectin helped but I need to speed up my recovery.  The only medication I have been taking r...
