Prioritized Daily Task
Joe L. Higham's 67th birthday
Note: Meeting with Matthew and Melodie - establish a starting point where we all can agree. Items to put on the table not to discuss, use, or bring up: Answers to questions we will not know until we are dead. Can not bring up or discuss Patricia K. Horsley McAlpin Salsman. Third, if we can't answer the question don't say you will just have to pray to find the answer.
Start by establishing a base, a point at which we all can agree, and then build from there.
President Joseph Fielding Smith (President of the LDS Church in the early 1970’s) stated: “Mormonism must stand or fall on the story of Joseph Smith. He was either a Prophet of God, divinely called, properly appointed and commissioned or he was one of the biggest frauds this world has ever seen. There is no middle ground. If Joseph was a deceiver, who willfully attempted to mislead people, then he should be exposed, his claims should be refuted, and his doctrines shown to be false…” (Doctrines of Salvation, vol. 1 pp.188-189.)

Debbie and I had prayer; I visited with the girls before they left for school. Debbie and I told them goodbye. Matthew and Melodie took the girls to school. Matthew and Melodie stayed and attended a meeting with Ava's teachers and the special needs group. Debbie and I took the truck and went grocery shopping. We got back home and I sent emails to Dan Guinn about my Building Wealth Account and Janie Morris Dunman, Nancy Abercrombie, and copied Jimmy Morris and Rick Abercrombie regarding A&M Investments Group. I was up early when Matthew and Melodie took the girls to school. Later I went with him to pick up Melodie. Melodie picked Ava up and went back and picked Bella up. Madeline has cheerleading practice until 7 PM this evening. Matthew had a meeting with a capital funds group about managing the nursing home in Georgia. Matthew really wants to have ownership in the operations as well as ownership in the real estate. This afternoon Grandma Vickie came over. I watched cartoons with Ava while Bella did her homework and Madeline was at cheerleading. Later this evening Melodie cooked dinner and Matthew shredded the chicken. Debbie cleaned the kitchen, Vickie went home, and we had family prayer. Madeline and Bella spent the night with us in the casita with Grandma Debbie and me. Matt had to come up and get the TV working so the girls could see a Disney Movie. Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.

It has been 2 months since you received the letter from the attorney, Robert L. Berry. When I met with you on Monday, 15th August 2022, I told you I had not received a financial report since December 31, 2020. At that time I had a balance of $130,206.48. I reminded you in August of our previous conservation that I would need this money around July 2022.
You told Mr. Berry you would have to liquidate some accounts to get Mr. McAlpin his money. Mr. Berry asked you when this would take place and you told him, four to six weeks at the latest. That deadline has also passed.
I have recently been advised and given the information for multiple contacts at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Atlanta Office. I have not yet contacted them regarding three items that I have been advised to be significant problems in your dealings. These are primarily: elderly abuse, fraud, and what appears to be a Ponzi scheme.
You have been using $105,000 of my money since 2018. If I do not have $25,000 in my Wells Fargo Account (6350014806) by Tuesday, 22nd November, and a firm commitment with a plan to get the remaining paid in five equal monthly payments before the 22nd of each month, you will leave me no other choice but to contact the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Regional Office in Atlanta, Georgia.

I received the Waiver of Notice of a Special Meeting of A&M Investment Group that I was not given prior notice or invited to attend. I do not know all the items of business that were discussed; I do know from the email that Nancy is wanting to put Wayne’s interest in a revocable trust.
Since I am the only living surviving partner and do not want to sell my interest. I would like to make a proposal to the two of you and your families that we back out our individual interest in the assets of A&M Investments as things were before the group was organized.
This way each family will have control and can make decisions that are in their best interest and the best interest of their family.
Sincerely,
James L. McAlpin

Len, The package to which you are referring with the notice of waiver, etc. is only for the purposes of moving Nancy’s shares into her trust. There was no meeting
I responded to James Morris's email, Nov 15, 2022, 12:59 PM
Thank you for the clarification.
My proposal is still on the table that your mother, Nancy, and I back out our individual interest in the assets of A&M Investments as things were before the group was organized.
Len
