Prioritized Daily Task

8:30 AM - Gateway Stake 5-K run and walk from our ward building

11 AM - Debbie has an AHS Teacher's luncheon 

I was up at about 7 AM. Had prayer, dressed in warm clothes, and went to our ward copper top building for the Gateway Stake 5K.  It started at 8:40 AM.  I finished at 9:25 AM, 45 minutes, about 5 to 10 minutes better than last year, Nov. 13th.  It is the same path, 5-K, run as last year.  I really need to be careful.  I had jogged less than 100 yards from the start when my toe caught on the lip of part of the concrete sidewalk and I almost fell as I did a year ago when I broke my left hand.  The stake provided spotters and others to help.  Bananas, water, juice, milk, and hot chocolate with glazed donuts were set out on a table.  I only ate the banana and drink some water.  My blood sugar reading before I left the house this morning was 98.  When I got home Debbie had prepared a nice breakfast for Shelby and Ethan.  Debbie went to her luncheon;  I called and talked to Jennifer.  Dave is going down fast and has dementia.  Their granddaughter is going in for surgery to take her appendix out today.  I called Ora and Dan.  I called and talked to Alex, she was on her way back from St. George.

22 Mar 2022, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task Abbey Hobbs 15th birthday (we celebrated with her last night in Logan) Debbie and I had prayer, got ready, and Jami brought Jack over to spend time with us while she goes for a job interview as an oral hygienist.  Debbie and I had a late breakfast and Debbie ironed clothes and played with Jack.  I worked on genealogy.  I missed a call from the Genealogy Library in SLC but they did not leave a message I called the family history center and talked to a young missionary named Brandon in the British/Ireland records.  He did not have the number or extension for the lookup department but knew where it was located.  He went up and gave them my phone number to call about Monday, March 7th order for  the land deed 2nd December 1728 in Belfast, Ireland for land Robert McColpin and his wife, Janet, sold to a Mr. McKell.  It was found on Register Surname Index; Year 1708-1729; Surname "M"; Part No. "11"; Serial No....

 28 Aug 2022, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ljubica Jelicic 71st Birthday 10:30 AM - Church services at Abbington Memory Center 7:00 PM - Pat and Anndalyn's home for scheduling to watch children  I was up early and took a shower and shaved at 3 AM.  I went back to bed and slept another hour; packed and loaded the Outback.  Debbie got up and we had prayer at 4:30 AM, packed the car, Shelby got up and her mother, Jodi, helped her put her things in the car.  We left at 5:00 AM.  I drove; Debbie packed some graves and a muffin to eat on the way back.  We dropped Shelby off at her car.  She had parked it at Kennedy Traveller or her sister's apartment.  Debbie and I got home about 8:30 AM.  We got dressed and listened to the conference talk that will be discussed in Relief Society lesson today.  We drove to Abbington Memory Center and started setting things up for sacrament meeting at the center.  The 2nd ward provided priestho...

 29 Jan 2022, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task We waited all day, until 6 PM, for Debbie's food to arrive.  It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday.  This afternoon we were told it will be delivered tomorrow.  We have to be in St. George, UT to watch the grandchildren while Ryan and Stephanie go to Logan, UT. Debbie and I drove 4 hours and arrived at 10 PM.  The children were still up.   We have a Skype meeting with Mirko and Ljubica in the morning at 8 AM.
