Prioritized Daily Task
Camden Hobb's 16th Birthday
11:30 AM - Debbie and my an appointment at Riverton Stretch Lab (the building was flooded and is being repaired - our session was canceled)
7:30 PM - Alex Gourley, Jazz on Broadway at BYU Fine Arts Center
Note: I sent an email to the S.E.C. office in Atlanta on their inside secure website: "Before I file a complaint, I have one question I would like an answer to. If a company and/or individual has acted in a fraudulent manner, and they are guilty. They are fined. Does the interest of the individuals who were defrauded come before the paying of the SEC fine? In other words, there are limited assets, how are these assets divided?"
I was up early, prayer, showered, and shaved. Debbie slept in; when she got up we had prayer. Alexander "Alex" called and I met her at Big "O" Tire store in Provo. I dropped her off at the Provo Tempel where she is meeting her friends to do proxy work. They are taking her back to get her car after they finish at the temple. I went by Glenn and Wendy Smith. I asked him if he would use his pickup truck to haul pine needles off for Jane Haws. That is when he told me he has stage 4 cancer and has started treatments. I told him about Valter Longo, PhD Longevity Diet book. In it, he covers things that have helped people with cancer. He made a copy of it from off my phone. Wendy said they will get their grandsons to go with them and they can load the pine needles in their truck. I gave them Jane Haws phone number and address. I called Jane and told her about Glenn, Wendy Smith, and their grandsons. I called and canceled the appointment with James Macdonald, Dermatologist on Nov. 9th. I called and talked to Humana's mail-order pharmacy. They are sending me a new Blood Glucose monitor with strips needles etc. They are switching my Metformin prescription from West Lake Pharmacy to be mailed directly to me. I filled the car with gas, got it washed, and vacuumed. I went to the Legacy Center and exercised. I called Ora; she is not doing well. I talked to Susan; she and Brian were on their way to help Avery move. She has a new job in Texas. I plan to take Debbie and go to Florida to see her and Dan after Thanksgiving. At 6:30 PM we drove to the fine arts center at BYU and attended the On Broadway Jazz Ensemble and Syncopation where Alex was performing on the trombone. George, Laura Gourley; Randy and Carol Hobbs; Marissa (Alex's girlfriend) was also there. Debbie and I got home and had prayer before going to bed.
My sister Elain talked to our sister, Ora, who is going down fast in her health. Dan, Ora's husband, is staying home pretty much all the time now and not leaving her alone. Elain has had some challenges with health as well over the past several years, from accidents to bone and knee replacement. She passed out in a restaurant with her grandson, about a month ago, and was taken by ambulance to the hospital where she spent the night. I received texts and phone calls from her regularly.

Email from Elain: "Leonard zoom in on my arm and hand I was actually moving that’s why the lines are going out at the top of my arm because I was moving but you can see how old and wrinkled my arms and hands are ..but i’m thankful I look as well as I do and can still take a good picture Weather it looks like me or not.. but I don’t need to worry about someone telling me how old I look unless I ask them for their rude comments

.. but no one can stay young forever for aging is just normal and is just a part of life".jpg)
