Debbie got up early with the family and went to the carol with Cooper to feed the cows and calves. The family and friends who stayed here last night all got ready and went over go and rehearse the wedding program. I slept in and about 9 AM had my personal prayer. Debbie went for a walk. When she got back we had prayer together, ate breakfast, and showered. At noon Debbie and I went to Jimmy John's and picked up sandwiches for the children who will be coming to the wedding later. We all drove over to David and Lynda Detwellers. David owns and operates a large farm on the west side of Twin Falls and south a short distance from the ridge of the canyon. Kenna is their youngest daughter. The family has held several of their daughter's weddings here. The family are all strong active members of the church. President Lary Keepfer, Stake President of the Twin Falls Idaho East Stake which includes the student ward so he is Tony and Jodi's stake president as well as Cooper and Kenna's. He performed the wedding ceremony for time only. Cooper and Kenna plan to be sealed in the Temple in January 2023. There was live music and a dance floor with strung lights. There was a reception for them that lasted until 11:00 PM. Cooper and Kenna left in an antique mini Cooper that a friend restored and let them use. It was after midnight before Debbie and I had prayer and went to bed.
