Note: "We have been instructed, that each one of us, in our organizations is endowed with the germs of every faculty requisite to constitute a God or a Goddess. These little ones in their mothers’ arms have the germs of all the capabilities which we exhibit: and what constitutes the differences between them and ourselves? Merely a lack of development in them, and this development requires cultivation, energy, and perseverance." Eliza R. Snow February 18, 1869
Debbie and I got up about 7:30 AM. We had prayer together and I had my personal prayer while Debbie showered. She went to the store to get some milk. The children drank it all last night. When Debbie got back from the grocery store I took some of the tools, ironwood hammer, etc., I brought down from the cabin I used to work in the backyard back to the cabin, picked up the mail from Heber Post Office, and put the mailbox key back on the hook in the cabinet above the refrigerator. I talked to Lucas Prieto about the thistles and work that needs to be done in the yard. He is coming tomorrow. I got home; Jared and Tate came over and got the weedeater running. I trim the grass and sprayed some Roundup to kill the grass in the flower bed. Tate cut the grass with a little help from his dad. Tate and I made a calendar for him to keep track of the work he does here in the yard. He has taken over from Porter, his brother. I talked to David Knutson about the schedule covering the Abbington Memory Center church services. I told him Debbe would text the proposed schedule to him and his wife, Marsha, at 801-822-6884. Joe L. and Karlene got here from Shelly. Debbie and Karlene went to Hale Theather to see the play Singing in the Rain. Their car would not crank when Debbie and Karlene got ready to go. We were able to get our car out of the garage past Joe L's car which is stalled. Jared came over with Tate who has football practice later and jumped Joe L's car battery. He got the car running and went with Joe L. to get it checked. It is the alternatitor that is going out. Elain called and can stand on her leg that had the knee replaced and is in much less pain than she had before and after she first came out of surgery. I talked to her and Ora on a 3-way conservation. When Debbie and Karlene got home and we canceled the reservation at Outback and instead went to dinner Chuck-a-Rama in Lehi. After dinner we stopped at Ikia and picked up a package for Astyn, Tanner's wife. On the way home we stopped and saw Patt and Anndalyn's new home. Stephanine and her boys are spending the night with Patt and Anndalyn. Lyndann, Anndalyn's mother, gave us the tour of the home. She gave us the tour of the home while the family was gone to a football parice. We got home and Joe L. and Karlene left at 10 PM to drive back to Shelly. Debbie and I watched a movie, Strong Father Strong Daughter, on PureFlix.
