Prioritized Daily Task

10:30 AM Debbie's hip replacement at Mt. Point Hospital in Lehi, Dr. Gordon Stock  Orthopedic Surgeon is doing the surgery

We got several phone calls this morning.  We did not get to bed until after midnight last night.  We were tired when we went to bed and did not want to answer the phone, but when the phone kept ringing, Debbie answered.  They wanted her to be at the hospital by 8:30 AM.  We arrived, and she was checked in.  I went back to the prep room while they got her ready for surgery. Rob Sumpter, PA will check her out tomorrow.  I went back home and had breakfast.  I went out to the nursery where Debbie purchased the grape vines.  I showed them a picture of the leaves and was told there is no fungi or insect problem.  At one time the plant was not getting enough water and it got sunburned.  I came back to the waiting area at the hospital.  Dr. Stock called about 12:15 PM and said the surgery went well.  Debbie will be in recovery for about an hour and then she will be sent to room 208.  I went up to the room and waited until they brought her in.  She was out for a while but 3 hours after her hip replacement surgery the physical therapist had her up and doing exercises.  I paid for another salmon dinner with dessert so Debbie and I could have dinner together.  Later I went to the house and picked up her walker and shower stool and brought them back to the hospital.  We had prayer together.  Debbie is spending the night at our home and bringing Debbie home tomorrow.  I drove up to the cabin and spent time with Beth.

22 Mar 2022, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task Abbey Hobbs 15th birthday (we celebrated with her last night in Logan) Debbie and I had prayer, got ready, and Jami brought Jack over to spend time with us while she goes for a job interview as an oral hygienist.  Debbie and I had a late breakfast and Debbie ironed clothes and played with Jack.  I worked on genealogy.  I missed a call from the Genealogy Library in SLC but they did not leave a message I called the family history center and talked to a young missionary named Brandon in the British/Ireland records.  He did not have the number or extension for the lookup department but knew where it was located.  He went up and gave them my phone number to call about Monday, March 7th order for  the land deed 2nd December 1728 in Belfast, Ireland for land Robert McColpin and his wife, Janet, sold to a Mr. McKell.  It was found on Register Surname Index; Year 1708-1729; Surname "M"; Part No. "11"; Serial No....

 28 Aug 2022, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ljubica Jelicic 71st Birthday 10:30 AM - Church services at Abbington Memory Center 7:00 PM - Pat and Anndalyn's home for scheduling to watch children  I was up early and took a shower and shaved at 3 AM.  I went back to bed and slept another hour; packed and loaded the Outback.  Debbie got up and we had prayer at 4:30 AM, packed the car, Shelby got up and her mother, Jodi, helped her put her things in the car.  We left at 5:00 AM.  I drove; Debbie packed some graves and a muffin to eat on the way back.  We dropped Shelby off at her car.  She had parked it at Kennedy Traveller or her sister's apartment.  Debbie and I got home about 8:30 AM.  We got dressed and listened to the conference talk that will be discussed in Relief Society lesson today.  We drove to Abbington Memory Center and started setting things up for sacrament meeting at the center.  The 2nd ward provided priestho...

 29 Jan 2022, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task We waited all day, until 6 PM, for Debbie's food to arrive.  It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday.  This afternoon we were told it will be delivered tomorrow.  We have to be in St. George, UT to watch the grandchildren while Ryan and Stephanie go to Logan, UT. Debbie and I drove 4 hours and arrived at 10 PM.  The children were still up.   We have a Skype meeting with Mirko and Ljubica in the morning at 8 AM.
