Prioritized Daily Task

Frank Powell's 81st birthday (called Frank, but no answer.  I left him a voice message wishing him a happy birthday)

7:00 PM - Tyler and Samantha "Sam" came over to see and visit Grandma Debbie

I was up at about 6 AM.   We had some type of varmint in the walls of the cabin last night.  I had prayer, showered, shaved, loaded the car, and cleaned the cabin before driving down to the church.  I put the food that needs to be refrigerated in the refrigerator at the church.  I ate some cereal and fruit while waiting for the sacrament meeting to start at 9:00 AM.  I met Bishop Dale Packer.  Some of the stake presidency were here today.  Sister Bodil "B.J." Olsen, returning from his mission in San Diago, CA, and Brother Ryan Packer returning from his mission in Mexico spoke.  Many of their friends and family were here today.  I also saw and talked to Berry Powell and Malcom Hunsaker.  There were several members I remembered but there were many more new ones I had not met.  I set beside Richard and Diane Busteed.  Diane is the former Lake Creek 2nd Ward Relief Society President.  Richard had told me before she arrived she knew everyone in the ward, active and inactive, but she nor the bishop or anyone I talked with knew Marcy and David Hess, Elain, my sister's neighbor, and friends.  The bishop looked them up and they are on the ward directory.  I did not stay for priesthood but drove back home in Lehi.  Jodi, Libby, Tylee, and Tyler Traveller's little sister were here.  I unloaded the car, drove to Lehi 7th ward, and attended the last part of our sacrament meeting and the first half of the priesthood lesson.  I got home as Jodi was packing their car.  I thanked her for helping with her mother and all the work she and Jami did around the house.  I talked and texted everyone except Rae Lynn.  Matthew had Luke and Tucker and was taking them to LA to meet Rae Lynn.  I talked to Ora and left a message for Elain.  Debbie on her walker cooked dinner for us.  I cleaned the kitchen while she laid down and put an ice pack on her hip.  Samantha and Tyler Traveller came over and visited with Debbie.  Sam and Tyler brought 3 large 50-gallon black plastic bags from the basement filled with clothes Debbie brought down from Jalna's and picked out what she wanted.  All the other daughters and granddaughters have already gone through everything except Jami.  Later Debbie and I had prayer and went to bed.
