Pickup Brody's scriptures with his name engraved on them and scripture tote bag from Deseret Book for his baptism

I slept 12 hours last night, got up, had prayer with Debbie, I went and picked up scriptures for Brody, came home, ate brunch, and went back to bed.   I slept until 6 PM.  Got up and talked to Ora and Peggy Turley Collum.  I need to check on death date of Aunt Elender Smith.  She did not die in 1980 but was probably 1976.  I need to verify this and make a note as to why Aunt Elender and Aunt Bell was so against Aunt Bee Swope who married Uncle Jay Van Jefferson Smith Jr. their brother.  It was over Uncle "Bud" Arthur Blake Smith shooting a sharecorpper woman and her teenage son.  They were leaving in the night with a load of corn which they claimed belonged to them for work they had done that season.  Bee Swope's dad testified against Arthur Blake, Uncle Bud.  He was sent to prison and while in prison was shot by a guard and killed.  The guard said Bud got between him and a hawk he was shooting at.  The Smith's blamed his death on the Swopes and is why on Jay Van Jefferson Smith Sr., knowing his son younger son was sweet on (liked) Bee Swope, on his death bed, make his daughters, Elender and Bell sware that if their brother, Jay, ever bring that Bee Swope in this house, "you will light a match, set the house on fire, turn your back. and walk away never looking back.  About 21 years after JayVan Jefferson Smith Sr. died Uncle Jay married Aunt Bee and brought her home.  Aunt Bell and Aunt Elender went to war on her, fussing, fighting, pulling hair, but Aunt Bell stayed and in the end after Uncle Jay died, Aunt Bee took care of Aunt Bell and Aunt Elender until they both passed away.
