Prioritized Daily Task

Bett Hobbs 40th birthday - sent him a happy birthday text on a thread with the rest of the family with everyone wishing him a happy birthday

Some thoughts from Come Follow Me this week with Jared Halverson from Genesis 37-4:

I was up at 7 AM, had prayer, called and talked to Debbie.  We had prayer and I shoveled and salted the walk and driveway.  I showered and shaved; when the girls got up I made waffles for them.  

10:30 AM - Church at Abbington Memory Center for sacrament and a little after 11 AM I went over to Lehi 7th Ward and attended testimony meeting until it was over; shared my testimony and love for the Lord and my family.  I attended Sunday school; came home, Matthew, Melodie, and the girls had left and drove up to the cabin in Heber.  After church I studied scriptures until about 4:30 PM when I broke my fast.  I called and talked to Debbie.  Later I relaxed in the massage and vibrating chair downstairs.

Debbie spent the day until after lunch with Jalna, her mother, and Karlenein Shelly, ID.  Then she drove down to Downey and visited with Aunt Joann, "Jo".  She drove from there to Logan and spent the night with Ryan, Stepanie, and the boys, Carter, Mackay, and Andrew.  Kylie and Abby are coming home this coming weekend.  Debbie and I had prayer together and I listened to some of the life stories of Heber C. Kimball before going to bed.  Herber C. Kimball was an apostle and had the spirit of prophecy.  I have mixed up Heber C. Kimball and J. Golden Kimball because I did not know enough of the life of these men.

22 Mar 2022, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task Abbey Hobbs 15th birthday (we celebrated with her last night in Logan) Debbie and I had prayer, got ready, and Jami brought Jack over to spend time with us while she goes for a job interview as an oral hygienist.  Debbie and I had a late breakfast and Debbie ironed clothes and played with Jack.  I worked on genealogy.  I missed a call from the Genealogy Library in SLC but they did not leave a message I called the family history center and talked to a young missionary named Brandon in the British/Ireland records.  He did not have the number or extension for the lookup department but knew where it was located.  He went up and gave them my phone number to call about Monday, March 7th order for  the land deed 2nd December 1728 in Belfast, Ireland for land Robert McColpin and his wife, Janet, sold to a Mr. McKell.  It was found on Register Surname Index; Year 1708-1729; Surname "M"; Part No. "11"; Serial No....

 28 Aug 2022, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ljubica Jelicic 71st Birthday 10:30 AM - Church services at Abbington Memory Center 7:00 PM - Pat and Anndalyn's home for scheduling to watch children  I was up early and took a shower and shaved at 3 AM.  I went back to bed and slept another hour; packed and loaded the Outback.  Debbie got up and we had prayer at 4:30 AM, packed the car, Shelby got up and her mother, Jodi, helped her put her things in the car.  We left at 5:00 AM.  I drove; Debbie packed some graves and a muffin to eat on the way back.  We dropped Shelby off at her car.  She had parked it at Kennedy Traveller or her sister's apartment.  Debbie and I got home about 8:30 AM.  We got dressed and listened to the conference talk that will be discussed in Relief Society lesson today.  We drove to Abbington Memory Center and started setting things up for sacrament meeting at the center.  The 2nd ward provided priestho...

 29 Jan 2022, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task We waited all day, until 6 PM, for Debbie's food to arrive.  It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday.  This afternoon we were told it will be delivered tomorrow.  We have to be in St. George, UT to watch the grandchildren while Ryan and Stephanie go to Logan, UT. Debbie and I drove 4 hours and arrived at 10 PM.  The children were still up.   We have a Skype meeting with Mirko and Ljubica in the morning at 8 AM.
