Prioritized Daily Task

7:15 AM Mt. Timpanogos Temple (I canceled to spend the night with Matthew at the cabin last night)

I was up early, prayed, showered, and shaved.  Debbie called and we had prayer.  She is out of her medicine she more she left in Lehi.  Matthew asked if I would take their ski clothes and wash and dry them when I get back home.  Matthew has meetings today but will come by the house to pick up their ski clothes on his way back to the cabin.  I got home and took care of Debbie's medicine and the ski clothes before eating a late breakfast.  I took some shoes to the theater in Thanksgiving Point.  The owner of the theaters in the valley has opened a contour to Ukraine to get shoes, clothing to the people suffering there from the war with Russia.  I got to Ryan and Stephanie's in Wellsville about 3 PM.  When Ryan got home from work I helped him load an exercise machine that was broken when it arrived.  He is taking it back to Costco on his way to Lehi.  Ryan has told staff at Utah State University about Matthew's software even thought he has not answered Matthew's emails, he has not forgotten about it.  Debbie and I listened to stories of early members of the church,  I had heard the story of Heber C. Kimball earlier.  I did not make a note about his prophecies.  One was made a few weeks after the miracle of the Sea Gulls.  There was very little food left after the incident of the Sea Gulls and winter was coming on.  With thousands of saints not in the Salt Lake Valley and thousands more on their way, no one knew what they were going to do for food.  It was in a meeting with the Prophet Brigham Young and the other apostles that Elder Kimball prophesied they would be more than enough food for the members and the price of it would be less than it could be bought back east.  Some of the brothers told Elder Kimball that, that is not possible, and did not believe him.  Elder Kimball said he did not blame them for it had no idea how it could be possible.  In less than two months the valley began to be filled with people from the east headed to the Gold Rush of 1849 in California.  They were in a frenzy to get to the goldfields as fast as they could and were selling much of their food, plows, shovels, and supplies and giving away what they could not sell to lighten their wagons so they could travel faster.  Elder Heber C. Kimball's prophecy was fulfilled.                                   Later about 10 PM Jody and Tony arrived from Twin Falls.  We visited with them; Debbie and I had prayer together and went to bed.  We need to be at the Logan Temple for Clari's endowment session by 8:00 AM for 8:30 AM own endowment session.
