Send a confirmation to Phil Davis for tomorrow an appointment on Wednesday, tomorrow, to discuss printing of my 2021 journal at 5 PM.
We watch Andrew and help Ryan and Stephanie get the kitchen boxes in the garage moved into the kitchen. Debbie helped clean and break down the boxes. Later we took Andrew to Sheffers in Logan and got donuts and pastries. On the way home, Stephanie called and we went back to Lowes. Loran in Customer Service met us and I faced timed with Stephanie. She picked out a kitchen sink faucet. It was supposed to cost $189 as marked. I did not check anything but rushed to get the faucet back to the house for the plumbers to install today. Stephanie looked at the receipt and saw we had been charged $209 with taxes it was $223. I called Laren and she said to bring the receipt and they would put the $20 credit back on the Capital One Visa card. The phone was on speaker and Stephanie will take the receipt back. Before 3 PM Stephanie picked Carter and Mackay up from school. After lunch, they got into the donuts and pastries. We helped with the children until Ryan got home from work and then we left about 6:30 PM and drove back home to Lehi. We unpacked the car, had prayer, and went to bed a little after 9 PM. Debbie told me on the way home that Stephanie gave her a check to pay for the faucet I bought for them at Lowes today.
Yesterday on our way up to Logan to help Ryan and Stephanie get things together in their new home we called Dave and Jennifer Haygood as we drove past Bountiful, UT. Jennifer answers her cell phone; Dave does not answer but will talk when Jennifer answers the phone. Dave's hearing is going and he can not hear sounds very well. Last week Jennifer was in their bedroom with her arms full of boxes and could not see where she was putting her feet and tripped over a stool the grandchildren have in their bathroom to brush their teeth. She tripped and fell; she dislocated her left shoulder and her hip. She screamed and lay on the floor in pain calling for Dave who was watching TV in the living room. It was over an hour she lay on the floor calling for Dave before he heard something and turned down the volume on the TV. He got up on his knee scooter and went to their bedroom door and saw Jennifer on the floor. He wanted to help her get up. They are both overweight and Jennifer told him just to call 911 and get her some help. Dave went back to the living room and found his phone but he had not charged it and the battery was dead. He then started looking for Jennifer's phone but it was in her pocket and she was laying on it. She could not get her phone because she did not have use of her left side. Dave found what he thought was her phone but could not get it to work. He went to the bedroom door and told Jennifer her phone doesn't work. She told him that is not her phone but the controls to the bed. She told him to go to the front door and call for someone who may be coming down the street to help. Dave left but she did not hear him call and he did not come back. She waited and waited. A neighbor was backing out of their driveway across the street and saw two feet hanging out of the house with the front door open in the cold. She stopped her car and went to check. Dave had fallen and was laying on his back in the living room with his legs and feet sticking out. Dave told her Jennifer was down in the bedroom. She went back, found Jennifer, called 911 to come out, and got the neighbors to help Dave get up before 911 came and took Jennifer to the emergency room. Dave is in an assisted living home and Jennifer is having surgery today. Dave and Jennifer have been friends of mine and Max Kimball for over 50 years, our families are close.
